buena ubicación
la ubicación perfecta, en plena little India, bien comunicado por el metro. El personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte.
creo que deben ponerle un poco de cariño a reparar ciertas cosas que están dañadas o deterioradas por los años, la habitación a pesar que la limpiaban a diario habían pelos en la moqueta como si nunca la aspiraban.

Great location and amenities, but passable cleanliness only
The location is the best aspect of this hotel. Easy, super easy access to amenities, eateries and shops. Right at the heart of little India.
The cleanliness needs to improve a lot. Lots of cockroaches in the room, small ones so keeping unopened food is a problem. The lifts need to be cleaned as well. The carpet smells very bad. An overhaul is needed at the same price!

The rooms were not spacious enough like previous stay, whereas the rate of the room were increased.
Rooms were much cleaner than our previous stay
They gave us a smaller room compared to price. They modified our room on the very last moment twice without informing us.
